Simplified . . . Inventory
Create Purchase Orders to send to vendors and track product orders. When the products arrive they are recorded as inventory received. At this time either barcode labels or price labels are printed to place on the products. These labels are branded with your logo. As products are sold, they are automatically deducted from inventory. Our reports give you complete details tracking all of this activity.
By storing reorder quantities for each product you can quickly print a report showing what products need to be ordered to restore the inventory to your minimum requirements. You set these reorder quantities based on your vendor requirements and your sales and usage history. Having a system to create purchase orders saves time but also provides you with historical information.
The Alerts Report will let you know when you are getting low on specific products so that a purchase order can be created. There is no reason to store more inventory than you need. Monitor your selling trends and order only when needed.
Having an automated software system to manage your inventory is crucial both as a time saver and for accuracy. You will always know both the quantity in inventory and the value of that inventory. Controlling your inventory of both back bar and retail products equates to a better bottom line.
According to Andrea Bradley-Stutz (Director, OLOGY LLC - ology SPA/AESTHETICS/MEDICINE, Eppley Plastic Surgery, PC)
"With the time commitment two locations and a large staff requires, I simply don't have the time to call or fax every vendor when it is time to re-order products and supplies. By using the internal purchase order PDF's on mSPA, I can simply e-mail my orders in at any time of the day and don't have to wait to speak to a rep or waste time looking up account numbers. In fact, we now require all of our vendors to accept emailed PO's - they are that critical to expediting our daily operations and maintaining accurate inventory. I can also delegate specific vendor re-ordering to our support staff without having to double-check every PO, and know that when shipments arrive, they can be transferred to the shelf with zero direction fron me. I am a complete believer in this system."
