Why do we do this? For you. If your staff knows they can call us anytime they forget how to do something or make a mistake, they are more efficient and don't have to keep track of the minutes they have already used up on support calls. They just pick up the phone, call us, and we are there to help.

Mack Software does not want your staff to feel uneasy or stressed over software. There is never a need to worry about how many minutes you have already used or how many you have left. If you need to call us, you call. For one year, we will provide phone support for no extra charge.
