Product Imports We have an import utility where many of the products you carry can be added in one step. We input them into your system, you verify/modify and price them. No entering one product at a time. A list of product imports currently available will be added soon.
Service Imports We also have an
import utility for provided services, such as botox, laser hair removal,
injectables, etc. that will save valuable time for you when we add them to your

POS Equipment As part of the initial training/set up call, we will remotely check your purchased equipment to make certain it is installed and working properly. We will work with your IT person if necessary, to assist them when installing the equipment you purchase or we will gladly walk you through the simple procedure.
Networking While Mack Software is not responsible for networking your computers, we will work with your IT firm and assist with the installation.
Unlimited Phone Training
Mack Software includes unlimited phone training with your software subscription.
How do we do this? Simply call us, set a time that is convenient, and we will spend time over the phone with your new staff member training them in the use of our software or with an existing staff member giving them a refresher course.
Why do we do this? Your focus should be on your clients. Our focus is on our clients - You. When you hire new personnel, let us train them on the software - you train them on your business.
