Mack Software provides one on one phone training, not videos, so that the training is tailored to your staff's technological skill level and needs. We remote into your computer so it is like we are sitting right beside you, walking you through the steps!
We provide training for front desk personnel, managers/directors, and medical personnel, since each staffed area incorporates different aspects of the software and security levels.
